PROGRAM TERMS
Simple terms, in plain words
- Commission
- 20% of everything a referred practice pays XEHR in its first 12 months as a customer: subscription, setup fee and RCM service fees.
- Hospitals and facilities
- Custom, capped terms, agreed in writing before you introduce the facility.
- Attribution
- The practice must be new to XEHR and request a demo within 90 days of clicking your link. The most recent affiliate link clicked gets the credit.
- Payouts
- Monthly, 30 days after we receive each payment from the practice, once your balance reaches $100 (smaller balances roll over). Refunded payments are not commissionable.
- Taxes
- US affiliates provide a W-9; affiliates outside the US provide a W-8BEN before the first payout.
- Fair play
- No self-referrals, no paid search ads on the XEHR name, no spam, and no claims we do not make (for example, "HIPAA certified" or prices other than the published ones). Breaking these ends the partnership and any unpaid commission on those referrals.
- Changes
- We give 30 days' notice by email before changing these terms. Commissions already earned are paid on the terms in place when the practice signed.
